On Friday, August 22, 2025, Bree was driving home from work when she was in a horrible car accident. Bree is currently 4 months pregnant and also a Type 1 diabetic. Her blood sugar level dropped dangerously low, and Bree’s car went off the road and hit a tree. Both of her legs, her arm, nose, and multiple ribs were broken in the accident. Thankfully, the baby is okay. Bree was extricated from the car by the jaws of life and was medflighted to the trauma ICU at Rhode Island Hospital where she underwent multiple surgeries to correctly set her bones back in place. These surgeries were successful, and she has since been transferred out of the TICU but remains at the hospital where she will begin physical therapy to get her moving around a little at a time. She will then be transferred to a rehabilitation center to continue her long road to recovery. Bree has been in good spirits and is showing improvements each day. Her pregnancy and diabetes are being closely monitored, and she is being well taken care of by hospital staff. Bree and her husband Jack will soon be facing accumulating medical bills due to her medical transport, surgeries, hospital stay, and future rehabilitation, resulting from her accident. Bree will be out of work for the foreseeable future, while Jack continues to support Bree and manage things at home with Kayleigh (Bree’s 17-year-old sister).
